We went to Peter's Flooring, to get some ideas on flooring and backsplash ideas, we were greeted by Jodene, she asked us what we were interested in and we told her, right away she found us samples, that we took home and looked at them in the light of our house, and decided what she had helped us pick out was perfect, (she knows her stuff), she ordered the materials and gave us a name of one of their installers John O. He has done a GREAT JOB FOR US, thoughtful, cleans up after himself, polite, on time, works hard. So if you need help with flooring see Jodene, great people to work with, good quality, will use them again!

We purchased Emser Tile from Peter's Flooring in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The tile was poorly designed and leaves large gaps because the edge is not straight and therefore it cannot be closely stacked as shown in the manufacturer's photo. I contacted Peter's and in turn they contacted Emser. They both claimed it was within the range of acceptable error. You be the judge...see the photos I posted on Emser Cascade Mountain Montreal on the Wayfair website.
They claimed: WARRANTY Emser warrants only to its immediate Buyer, and to no other person, that its products will, on the date of shipment,meet the terms of Emser's Bid Confirmation, Order Acknowledgement, or Sales Order pursuant to which such products were sold.
